Who We Are
If you are searching for a school where your child will feel genuinely seen, deeply cared for, and excited to walk through the door each morning, you have found the right place. At Silverline Montessori, we believe that childhood is sacred and that education should be both meaningful and full of joy. Your little one deserves more than a schedule and a seat at a desk. They deserve a place where their natural curiosity is protected, their confidence grows steadily, and their love of learning is nurtured from the very first day.

Truly we have been so fortunate with SLMS. They have done so great with all they have taught our kids, the love, guidance and patience. They have become part of our family! Leadership at SLMS between director, assistant director and curriculum coordinator, are all great. They listen and have support their staff. All of the teachers we have had, have been wonderful.
Our Story
Founded in 2000, Silverline Montessori has spent more than two decades doing one thing well: creating a space where every child feels valued, respected, and inspired to discover the world around them. Our three campuses were each built with the same deep intention of honoring childhood, protecting curiosity, and giving your family an early education experience that stays with your child for life.
We understand that the earliest years of a child's life are extraordinary. According to Harvard University's Center on the Developing Child, more than one million new neural connections form every second during the first few years of life, creating the foundation for future learning, behavior, and health.
Our programs combine authentic Montessori materials with carefully prepared environments designed to honor every child's pace, voice, and potential. In our classrooms, your child is not expected to sit still and absorb information from the front of a room. Instead, your young learner is free to move, explore, and choose purposeful work that builds reading readiness, mathematical thinking, practical life skills, and a strong sense of self.
As part of the Endeavor Schools family, we continue to grow while staying true to the Montessori values that have guided our school community for more than 25 years.
Our mission is to nurture the potential of the whole child and cultivate a diverse, international community. We provide a respectful, peaceful Montessori environment that promotes academic excellence while treating every child, family, and guide with dignity, equity, and genuine care.
We envision a school community where every child who walks through our doors feels welcomed, respected, and capable. When your child knows they are safe and supported, they take healthy risks, build lasting confidence, and develop a love of learning that follows them through every stage of life.
At Silverline Montessori, our curriculum is rooted in the authentic Montessori method, a child-centered approach designed to nurture independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. The Montessori curriculum is built around five key areas of learning: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies. Together, these areas support your child's academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a way that feels natural and meaningful.
Through Practical Life activities, your little one learns everyday skills that build concentration, coordination, responsibility, and independence. Sensorial experiences help your child refine their senses, observe patterns, compare differences, and make sense of the world around them.
Language activities foster communication, reading, writing, and self-expression. While Mathematics materials introduce abstract concepts through hands-on exploration, making learning tangible and engaging. Our Cultural Studies curriculum opens the door to science, geography, history, botany, zoology, and an appreciation for the interconnectedness of our world.
What Makes Our Montessori School Different?
At Silverline Montessori, we understand that choosing a school is about so much more than academics. You are looking for a place where your child will feel known, valued, and genuinely excited to learn each day. From the moment your family walks through our doors, you become part of a close-knit community where relationships, respect, and individualized learning guide every decision we make.
What sets our school apart is our unwavering commitment to following your child. Rather than expecting every student to learn the same thing at the same time, our authentic Montessori classrooms are carefully designed to honor each child's unique interests, strengths, and developmental journey. Your child is given the freedom to make meaningful choices, work independently, collaborate with peers, and build confidence through hands-on discovery. This child-centered approach allows your young learner to develop not only strong academic skills but also independence, self-discipline, critical thinking, and a genuine love of learning.
Sara Lacy, School Leader of our Silverlake Campus, explains, "We follow a child-centered approach, allowing students to learn at their own pace. Our pedagogy emphasizes independence, encouraging students to take ownership of their learning. We promote freedom of choice alongside a strong respect for their learning environment." This philosophy can be felt throughout every classroom, where your child is encouraged to think independently, ask questions, and develop self-assurance in their own abilities.
This commitment to nurturing independence is shared across all of our campuses. Teresa Conn Elam, School Leader at our Shadow Creek Campus, believes one of the greatest strengths of Montessori education is that "our students learn at their own level and they are very independent." Rather than measuring your child against a checklist or comparing them to others, we focus on helping each young learner build confidence, responsibility, and a strong sense of self through meaningful work and hands-on experiences.
At our Towne Lake Campus, School Leader Amanda Santamaria believes the heart of the school lies in the people who make it special. As she shares, "Our guides and their love and care are what make our school special." This culture of care creates classrooms where your child feels supported, respected, and encouraged to explore their potential every day.
Perhaps most importantly, Silverline Montessori is a place where your child is truly seen. We celebrate individuality, encourage curiosity, and create an environment where your young learner feels safe taking risks, making discoveries, and growing into a confident, capable person. That is the difference families feel when they become part of our school community, and it is why so many new families come to us through referrals from parents who have experienced the Silverline difference firsthand.
Early Childhood Leadership & Staff
One of the most heartfelt questions we hear from parents before enrollment is simply this: Will the people caring for my child each day truly know and love them? At Silverline Montessori, our answer is yes, and the guides who lead our three campuses are the living proof of that promise. Many of our guides have been with us for years, bringing a depth of experience, consistency, and genuine care that families feel from the very first visit. Our lead guides hold Montessori certifications and bachelor's degrees, and they complete their yearly 24-hour state-required training along with ongoing Conscious Discipline training and CPR and First Aid certification. But beyond the credentials, what makes our team special is its calling.
